It is about 12 miles north from the 89A turnoff in Sedona AZ at the upper-end of Oak Creek Canyon. Flagstaff is about another 16 miles to the north. Cave Spring is not only the largest campground but one of the most popular campsites in scenic Oak Creek Canyon.
